Ronald L. McMichael - Owner
Born and raised in the countryside of Western Pennsylvania, Ron graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a major in Insurance.
After serving his country in the Army, he went on to join Erie Insurance as an adjuster and worked his way up to a claim manager in the Johnstown, Pa office. He left Erie for a while and was a branch manager for Gallagher Bassett Insurance Services, which promoted him to run the Washington, D.C. branch. He left them in 1987 and started his own agency with Erie Insurance. He has 35 years' experience in the insurance field.
Ron enjoys traveling and running. With visiting Australia in 2005, Ron has now set foot on all 7 continents.

William Egan - Producer
Bill was born in Los Angeles but has lived most of his life in Montgomery County.
After graduating from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School he went on to acquire a Business and Economics degree at the Bridgewater College of Virginia.
In 1998 he sold his catering business and came to work as a producer for the McMichael Insurance Agency.

Aimee Dudley - Customer Service Representative
Aimee was born in Beckley, WV and raised in Roanoke, VA and Charlotte, NC.
She graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Managerial Finance.
After graduation, Aimee worked in the Property/Casualty Department of Marsh USA in Charlotte, NC and Washington, DC before joining McMichael Insurance Agency in July 2005.
Aimee enjoys working out, yoga, and spending time with her husband and pets!
